Meet Our Staff

Hilary Nicholson, APRN-CNP, PMHS

Hilary is the founder of Treasured Pediatric Care and Arubah Community Clinic and has been a nurse since 1996. She loves children and enjoys contributing to the families in our community! She also has a soft spot for foster families! In her limited spare time you can find her in the garage restoring her first car, a 1982 Camaro Z28 with her husband Matt or spending time with her 3 precious grandchildren, Kinley, Georgia and Walker.

Jillian Faton, APRN-CNP

Jill has been a nurse for 18 years. She loves taking care of all kiddos, but has an especially big heart for Benin, Africa where she volunteers for the non-profit ministry, Tree of Life USA.  She and her husband, Seraphin, have two daughters and recently welcomes their first son to their family!

Bethany, RN

Bethany brings 16 years of pediatric experience to TPC. She loves spending time with her husband and two boys! They love all things sports and outdoors!

Kristin, RN

Kristin has been an RN for 13 years! She loves spending time with her husband and two beautiful girls, exercising, and Jesus. She loves encouraging and uplifting other moms and children!! She is also expecting another beautiful baby girl fall 2025!

Cassie, Office Manager

Cassie joined us in October 2020, and brings a love for children with her! Her and her husband Stephen have two daughters and a son!

Nikki, Receptionist

Nikki is married to John and is mama to 3 crazy kiddos, Curtis, Cami & Colt.  She is a full-time sports mama and loving every minute!  Children have always been a passion for Nikki and she feels Blessed to be part of our family!  She loves gardening, eating and painting when she has down time from running her photography business here in Collinsville.

Brandi, RN

Brandi has been a nurse and small business owner for 25+ years. She has been married for 30 years and is mom to 3 children and is a Grammie to 2 beautiful granddaughters.  Her loves are Jesus, reading, coffee, shopping, and having her whole family together.

Jennifer, Tech

Jenn is our lab tech/ nurse assistant & has a love for children.  Jenn has 2 little girls, Journee & Jentry & loves spending time shopping or at the lake with her kids.  They also have a Bernedoodle puppy named, Boone (Go Pokes)!

Aleigh, Administrative Assistant

Aleigh is Mrs. Hilary's daughter and the mother to a precious baby boy, Walker!  She helps her mom stay sane!  She loves everything hair and has her own salon next door to Treasured called

Salon Soar & Co!   

Huxley Rogan

Huxley is Mrs. Hilary's best buddy!  He used to come to the office but as he ages he doesn't like the crazy as much so he waits patiently for mom to get home every night!

Jennifer, Referrals

Jennifer brings 10 years of referral experience to TPC. She and her husband, Jason have 3 children and a furry baby, Jax. She enjoys the OSU Cowboys and being outside with her family.
